IAS Ready operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access our AI-powered evaluation services. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy explains our approach to handling service issues and the limited circumstances where monetary refunds may be considered.

We are committed to providing high-quality service and will address legitimate service issues through credit restoration rather than monetary refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 General Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Unused credits
  • Partially used credit packages
  • Credits purchased in error
  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Duplicate Payments: Technical errors resulting in multiple charges for same purchase

3. Credit Restoration Process

3.1 When Credits Are Restored

We will restore credits to your account in these situations:

  • Evaluation Processing Failures: When technical errors prevent evaluation completion
  • Platform Downtime: Credits consumed during service outages lasting more than 2 hours
  • Upload Issues: Failed PDF processing due to system errors (not file format issues)
  • Account Security: Credits used without authorization after account compromise
  • System Bugs: Credits deducted incorrectly due to software malfunctions

3.2 Credit Restoration Timeline

  • Immediate Issues: Credits restored within 24 hours of verification
  • Complex Cases: Up to 3-5 business days for thorough investigation
  • Account Security: May require additional verification steps
  • System-wide Issues: Mass credit restoration processed within 48 hours

3.3 No Credit Restoration

Credits will NOT be restored for:

  • Normal service usage and successful evaluations
  • User dissatisfaction with evaluation quality or feedback
  • User errors in file upload or service selection
  • Disagreement with AI assessment results
  • Personal circumstances preventing platform use
  • Minor service delays or performance variations

4. Support Request Process

4.1 How to Request Credit Restoration

  1. Contact Support: Email support@techascend.in with "Credit Restoration Request" in the subject line
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, issue description, and when it occurred
  3. Documentation: Attach relevant screenshots showing the issue
  4. Wait for Review: Our team will investigate within 24-48 hours
  5. Resolution: Credits will be restored to your account if issue is verified

4.2 Required Information

Please include the following in your support request:

  • Account email address
  • Date and time of the issue
  • Specific evaluation or transaction affected
  • Description of what went wrong
  • Screenshots or error messages (if available)
  • Current credit balance before and after the issue

4.3 Exceptional Refund Requests

For the rare cases requiring monetary refunds (billing errors, duplicate charges):

5.3 Service Discontinuation Refunds

Only in the event IAS Ready permanently ceases operations:

  • Prorated refunds based on unused credit balance at discontinuation
  • 60-day advance notice provided to all users
  • Refund amount = (Unused Credits ÷ Credits per ₹) × Current Price
  • Processing fees may be deducted
  • Free and promotional credits excluded from calculations

6. Free Credits and Promotions

Special provisions for promotional credits:

  • Welcome Credits: 200 free signup credits are not eligible for refund
  • Promotional Credits: Bonus credits from offers cannot be refunded
  • Referral Credits: Credits earned through referrals are non-refundable
  • Contest Winnings: Credits won through competitions are non-refundable
  • Package Deals: Bonus credits in packages are excluded from refund calculations
